Rhino Industrial Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, a company incorporated and operating progressively in the principality of Zimbabwe since 1994, is a specialist construction maintenance services firrm. We passionately espouse a key mandate to address all building maintenance work ranging from waterproofing (i.e. application of mastic asphalt, torch-on membranes and acrylic waterproofing systems) to flooring (i.e. application of chemical resistant epoxy flooring solutions,
joint sealant, tiling and paving).
We work with a broad section of clients spanning across major segments namely:
Heavy Industry
(e.g. Manufacturing and Mining)
Commercial
(e.g. Shopping Malls and Food Processing Plants)
Goverment
(e.g. Educational and Public Health Institutions)
Domestic
(e.g. Residential Properties and Home Based Industries)
In football they say the coach is as good as his last match in charge. Likewise, we may be judged by our last major project, the construction of Joina City, a hybrid structure containing shopping malls, administrative offices and leisure facilities which incidentally happens to be the last high-rise building to redecorate Harare’s skyline. We worked alongside Costain Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd as a specialist contractor responsible for all waterproofing issues.
The Harare International Airport project has been the hallmark of our operation. We worked alongside construction heavyweights not only in Zimbabwe, but on a global scale as well in the form of John Sisk & Son and Costain Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd. We met international standards and passed the inspection conducted by a team of quality control consultants from the Netherlands with flying colours. Today, more than a decade into existence, the structure stands as good as new as a shining beacon, a proud heritage for all Zimbabweans.
We take the pleasure to being associated with the construction of the local headquarters of Interpol in Harare. We were a specialist subcontractor on the project that was marshaled by the Asian giant, FMCC in our capacity as a specialist contractor responsible for the application of self leveling epoxy. This serves as further proof of our competence that we can hold our own and meet project deadlines with an international flair.
